Thievery Corporation, the brainchild of acclaimed artists Eric Hilton and Rob Garza, are pleased to announce the Friday, April 3 release of their brand new album, Symphonik (pre-order). Hilton & Garza, in association with Mason Bate's KC Jukebox, played a historic concert on May 15, 2017 accompanied by the orchestra at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. The show saw Thievery Corporation live show staples reimagined with orchestral arrangements commissioned from some of today's leading young classical composers.

The Madison Square Garden Company announced today that legendary musician and MSG music franchise Billy Joel will continue his record-breaking monthly residency on Saturday, June 6, 2020 with his 77th consecutive show at Madison Square Garden. More than 42 years after his debut performance at The Garden, the June 2020 show will mark Joel's 123rd lifetime performance, all sell-outs, with more than one million tickets sold. Mykki Blanco has teamed with Gucci and Dazed to create a special one-off live performance video for her track, “Lucky (Live In London)” which she dropped in late December. This collaboration marks the first installment of #GucciGig experiences. Mykki worked with directors Diana Kunst and Mau Morgó to create the clip. This special performance of new song “Lucky” was delivered with a 3-piece string section and movement choreographed by Tom Heyes. Carnegie Hall today announced that boundary pushing hip-hop duo Soul Science Lab will perform Make a Joyful Noize on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in Zankel Hall. Commissioned by Carnegie Hall as part of its 125 Commission Project, Make A Joyful Noize explores the affirming and unifying experiences that uplift the human spirit in the face of oppression. The immersive production blends sound and multimedia using music, affirmations, projected images, spoken word, and dance to celebrate unapologetic Black joy as a healing force for cultural resistance.
