Born and raised on Long Island she still lives in the same town she grew up in. She had a long career as a US Customs Broker and in her youth a cashier at a local supermarket but taking photos has always been in the background. She has been shooting for BWW since 2003-2004 season, but has been behind a camera for close to 50 years. When not shooting for Broadway, she enjoys reading, crocheting and crafts. And one day she will find the bottom of her yarn stash.
Yesterday, June 22, Billy Elliot welcomed their 1,500,000th audience member at matinee performance. As patrons entered the theatre, tickets were scanned and the lucky, 1.5Mth audience member was revealed during the curtain call. Trading Spaces star Paige Davis, Volunteers of America (VOA) Greater New York volunteers, Girl Scouts and students filled donated backpacks to kick off VOA's Operation Backpack campaign, which begins June 27th. The drive collects brand-new, grade-specific backpacks and school supplies for children in New York area shelters, so they can begin the school year with confidence, feeling more like their housed classmates.
