The Melbourne Piano Trio is a young, excit­ing new chamber group that brings together three of Australia’s lead­ing emer­ging musi­cians. ABC Young Per­former of the Year Ji Won Kim teams up with cham­ber music specialist Chris Howlett and internationally acclaimed, prize-winning pianist Hoang Pham.

In 2012, the Mel­bourne Piano Trio will be the resident group at the Sanguine Estate Music Fes­ival and will also begin a sub­scrip­tion series at the Melbourne Recital Centre while main­tain­ing a close association with the Aus­tralian National Academy of Music.
