The VORTEX presents two nights of staged readings of this dynamic play by Reina Hardy featuring people and puppets, set in the broken worlds of war-torn Kosovo, the Texas migration crisis, and the climate-ravaged future. Directed by Rudy Ramirez directs. Puppet design, including a large “garbarge,” by Caroline Reck. Featuring Hayley Armstrong, Ben Bazan, Kareem Badr, Jelena Stojiljkovic Rhynes, Madison Palomo. The VORTEX will produce a rolling world premiere of this play in August 2024.
