Jarrott Productions highlights the work of emerging playwright Carl Gonzales with the performance of Mom and Pop, which opens on June 26, 2024, at the Trinity Street Playhouse. Directed by Lacey Cannon Gonzales, this production is part of the Opening Act Initiative, designed to provide opportunities for underrepresented voices in the Austin theater community. The initiative aims to foster new talent and showcase original works by local playwrights.
