Set in 1913, the story follows Leo Frank, a Brooklyn-born Jewish factory manager living in Georgia, who is accused of the murder of thirteen-year-old factory worker Mary Phagan. With a book by acclaimed playwright Alfred Uhry (Driving Miss Daisy) and a rousing, colorful and haunting score by Jason Robert Brown (The Last Five Years, Bridges of Madison County, Songs For a New World), Parade follows Leo as he struggles to navigate a hostile community and a justice system shaped by fear and political pressure. As the case intensifies, his wife Lucille becomes his strongest advocate, finding the courage to stand beside him and fight to clear his name.
