Do you love theatre and have a passion for sharing it with others? Consider joining team BroadwayWorld as one of our local contributors!

BWW is always seeking talented theater enthusiasts to head up feature coverage our over 130 regional areas. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to review the shows of your choice, conduct interviews with local and touring talent, design features of your own choosing for publishing, and work/network with your local theater press reps to bring exposure to the theatrical offerings in your area.

All applicants should have excellent writing skills and an interest for giving local theaters and productions some prominence on BroadwayWorld.com.

Joseph Harrison

Joseph Harrison has been involved with the theatre in some form or fashion all his life. He holds a Journalism degree from the University of Georgia, but his true love is the theatre which he has been involved in as a spectator as well as an actor for the last 30+ years. He has performed in a variety of musicals over the years including FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, PIPPIN, CITY OF ANGELS, 1776, LITTLE WOMEN, WORKING, GODSPELL (Jesus) and JOSEPH..DREAMCOAT (Joseph) just to name a few. Joseph joined the Broadway World family in 2009 as the very first local editor for BWW Atlanta. He served as Senior BWW Editor for Connecticut from 2014 - 2020, Contributing Editor for Orlando from 2021 - 2025 and now resides in Decatur, GA and writes for BWW Atlanta.

Amanda Theriot-Greenwell

Amanda Theriot-Greenwell

A New Orleans native and former theater kid, Mandi has been a fan of all things Broadway since childhood and a supporter of Atlanta theater since her arrival in 2000.  She was previously a high school English teacher and now mostly serves as jack-of-all-trades and mom to a five-year-old girl.  She enjoys reading, documentaries, exploring the city, and enjoying each and every theatrical performance that comes her way.

Caroline Powell

Caroline Powell

Caroline is an Atlanta native who fell in love with the world of Broadway as a teenager. She grew up dancing, and has kept her love of performing in her veins. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys solo kitchen dance parties, exploring different wineries and breweries, attending as many live theatre performances as possible, and taking her rescue dog, Olivia, on as many adventures as she can.

Jennifer Skura Boutell

Jennifer Skura Boutell

Jennifer Skura Boutell (she/they) is a queer mom, American theatremaker and teaching artist, whose work has been presented in the USA and Europe and described as "vibrant, vital, and hilarious" as well as "absurd and brutal." Her plays are published by Next Stage Press. Jennifer is from Texas, lived and worked in Los Angeles and New York City, and now resides with her family in Atlanta. She is also the founder of FADlab, a writing residency for fictionalized auto drama, currently at Windmill Arts in East Point. Jennifer holds a BFA in theatre, an MFA in creative writing, and is expected to graduate in 2026 with an MA in mental health counseling from Agnes Scott College while practicing as a B-Med counselor-in-training and MI coach at Emory University.
