VIDEO: Ed Sheeran to Play ANNIE in Live ABC Production?

On Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, Kimmel announced that in order to compete with NBC's PETER PAN, who would be played by a woman, ABC would be producing a live production of ANNIE, starring, music superstar Ed Sheeran in the title role. Check out the video.

Kimmel said, "NBC announced recently that they're planning a televised production of the musical Peter Pan and that Peter will be played by actress Allison Williams. ABC has decided to top that. On November 3rd we will be airing a live production of the musical Annie, and we were lucky enough to have the star of that musical stop by and give us a preview."
