SHN San Francisco has launched their new internet-audio podcast, Backstage, whereupon episodes will take you behind the scenes and spotlight exclusive interviews for each show from the 2006-2007 Best of Broadway season. The inaugural episode features interviews with SHN Artistic Director Carole Shorenstein Hays and members of the creative team from A Chorus Line, currently in previews now at San Francisco's Curran Theatre.

"SHN Backstage is a natural extension of the artistic work we do here," said Carole Shorenstein Hays. "We want to enhance our patron's experience of the theater we present, and SHN Backstage will allow you to hear directly from the creative artists about the shows as they are working on them.   Our website is constantly evolving as we find innovative ways to engage our audience."

SHN Backstage content will include interviews with Tony Award-winning cast and creative members, musical selections, snippets of rehearsals and a glimpse of what goes on backstage.  To listen to SHN Backstage only requires a computer with speakers and a high speed Internet connection. Listeners can either visit www.shnsf.com/files/podcast/podcasts.htm or they can find the podcast at individual show pages on www.shnsf.com, and it will be also available on iTunes and other podcast directories.   SHN Backstage episodes include:
