New York City has officially welcomed two-time 2026 Olivier Award-winning KENREX by Olivier Award winner Jack Holden and Olivier Award nominee Ed Stambollouian, to the Lucille Lortel Theatre. See photos from the show's celebration party!
Performed by Holden and directed by Stambollouian, with an original score performed live by John Patrick Elliott, the limited 11-week run arrives Off-Broadway following three runs across London, with an opening night set for Sunday, April 26. Following the first preview, the cast and creative team, including Olivier Award winners Holden and sound designer Giles Thomas, were greeted to cheers at Hudson Clearwater. In his speech at the after party, discussing what it felt like to have his name called at the Olivier Awards last weekend, Holden said, “I felt it was a win for the whole team. My performance is not just me – everyone’s work makes me look ridiculously good. Thank you, all, and I am so thrilled to be in New York City for the next leg of KENREX!”
