On April 3rd, celebrities such as the Hilton Sisters, Milla Jovovich, Juliette Lewis and Dylan MacDermott came out for the stage musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch at the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood.

Starring Donovan Leich and Bijou Phillips, the Roxy's Hedwig and the Angry Inch began performances on March 26th and is playing a limited run. With lyrics and book by John Cameron Mitchell (who also starred in the original Off-Broadway production and the film version) and music by Stephen Trask, the show concerns East German transexual glam rocker Hedwig's--who bears the angry inch of the title due to a botched sex change operation--seach for stardom, as well as his love affair with Tommy Gnosis.
