In his wryly energetic memoir directed by Tony nominated Colman Domingo, Carlo D'Amore takes audiences on the wild true ride of growing up with his flamboyant, live-for-the-moment con artist mother, all seen through the eyes of her young son, who acts as her lookout, bail, and partner-in-crime. From Peru to the streets of New York, NO PAROLE is a globetrotting adventure that provides a hilarious yet gut-wrenching look into the life of an extraordinary woman, who saw the world as her playground, and the son who must save her from herself.

Carlo, Live In Theater's artistic director and Drama Desk nominee, plays all the characters, including his mother and various others taken in by his mother's imaginative schemes -which run the gamut from shoplifting to international drug smuggling.

Produced by Live In Theater, and directed by Colman, this is sure to be the hottest ticket in the 2014 theater season! The hit solo play enjoyed a sold out run at the 2012 All For One Theater Festival in NY. It was an Edinburgh Fringe Festival Audience Favorite nominee, as well as being voted Top 10 play in San Francisco.

NO PAROLE's first off-Broadway run takes place at Hartley House, 413 W. 46th Street, in Hell's Kitchen. Performances are on Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm beginning Friday, February 21 through Saturday, April 12, 2014. For tickets ($40), and more information, please visit www.NoParoleThePlay.com.
