Kevin Reed, a name well known for his role on the studio recording "Brownstone," is making his Encore debut. The show is initially set to run for three nights.

Straight out of Columbia's graduate MFA acting program, Kevin burst his way onto the scene, singing with such greats as Michael Bolton and Linda Eder, while holding to his acting roots performing such Shakespeare greats as Serban's Richard 3 Off-Broadway. Now he can be seen in his own one-man show.

His name became familiar to music theatre connoisseurs everywhere after his role as Stuart in the 2002 Berkshire Theatre Festival's revival of "Brownstone." Kevin was then asked to recreate his role from that revival on the studio recording. He joined the greats Liz Callaway, Brian d'Arcy James, Debbie Gravitte and Rebecca Luker.

The show is at a brand new venue in the heart of the theatre district directly under the China Club. Kevin Reed's heartfelt performance and strong, beautiful, versatile voice should not be missed.

The show is directed by Rick Wilson. Call the Encore at 212-221-3960 for reservations.
