Broadway headliner and popular Glee breakout star Darren Criss reveals his personal favorite performance on the hit musical dramedy series to date and details the reasons why as part of an ongoing social media Q&A for fans.

Remarking on his duet with Chord Overstreet on Wham!'s "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go", Criss shares, "I get this question a lot, and the fact is there have been so many that they all start to sorta blur together in one big fun memory. One that stands out off the top of my head was doing WHAM!'s "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go"... which was almost a year ago coming up this week. Fun story: this was a number that Chord and I had rehearsal for early in the morning, the night after the Oscars... Let's just say that that morning was shaping up to be meant for Les Miserables starring me & Chord. We were tired, we had had a lot of fun the previous night- we didn't want to be at an early Monday morning dance rehearsal. The SECOND we heard that first note, "Jitterbug..." we just burst out laughing and couldn't help but smile and dance around like idiots. It was just too ridiculous not to be enjoyed. That's one of many moments I realized, man, working on Glee is awesome. I get to come to work and dance around to a WHAM! song? How completely crazy and silly is that? What could have been a terrible morning turned out to be completely the opposite. Anyway, that same joy definitely carried itself into the day we shot the number, where we had a total blast. I defy any of you not to have the same feeling when you play that song. Just ask Derek Zoolander... but maybe without the gasoline fight."
