The production picked up several Tonys win at this year's ceremony including Best Featured Actress in a Play for Laurie Metcalf, Best Direction of a Play for Joe Mantello, and Best Scenic, Sound, and Lighting Design of a Play for designers Chloe Lamford, Jack Knowles, and Mikaal Sulaiman).

DEATH OF A SALESMAN has been one of Broadway's most celebrated plays across multiple productions. The original 1949 production won six Tony Awards, including Best Play, Best Author of a Play for Arthur Miller, Best Director for Elia Kazan, and Best Featured Actor in a Play for Arthur Kennedy.
The play's 1984 revival won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play, while the 1999 revival earned four Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Play, Best Actor in a Play for Brian Dennehy, Best Featured Actress in a Play for Elizabeth Franz, and Best Direction of a Play for Robert Falls.
The 2012 Broadway revival also won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play and Best Direction of a Play for Mike Nichols, with additional nominations for Philip Seymour Hoffman, Andrew Garfield, and Linda Emond.
