Darrel Bristow-Bovey will present a Think Up TED-style talk entitled THE SUDDEN SHARK: STORIES, OBSESSION AND HOW A GREAT WHITE SAVED MY LIFE at the Alexander Bar's Upstairs Theatre this September

The 45-minute talk by Bristow-Bovey, a comic author, columnist and screenwriter, will explore his obsession with sharks - and one shark in particular. He has travelled the world to find this shark, to swim with it and to confront his deep-seated fear of it. In the process, he Discovered that his obsession was the key to unlocking creativity and understanding one of the deep secrets of storytelling.

THE SUDDEN SHARK: STORIES, OBSESSION AND HOW A GREAT WHITE SAVED MY LIFE will take place on 4 September at 16:00.
