ANDRE THE HILARIOUS HYPNOTIST in action

ANDRE THE HILARIOUS HYPNOTIST has held audiences spellbound for more than two decades. With his dry wit and offbeat sense of humour, his ability to get members of the public to do various strange, weird and incredibly entertaining routines on stage will be on display at the Drostdy Theatre this October.

Following in the footsteps of his mentor, the late Max Collie, Andre aims to provide high quality, family-friendly fun for young and old - even though youngsters are not allowed to take to the stage in the show. Using his training in drama and theatre, combined with the willingness of the audience to participate and join in the fun - becoming anything from a washing machine to a goldfish, breakdancer or ballerina - ensures that every performance is a great one.

With a show that is by turns mystifying and spellbinding, audiences are in for a treat from the moment that Andre walks onto stage right until the end of the show when he takes his final bow. Catch him onstage at the Drostdy Theatre on 12 and 14 October at 20:15. Tickets cost R100 and can be booked online at the Drostdy Theatre website.
