On July 30th, Blues Traveler will release Traveler's Blues a collection of re-imagined and re-charged classics from The American Blues Songbook (on Round Hill Records) and featuring special guests Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Warren Haynes and Keb' Mo' as well as Rita Wilson and John Scofield who join the band on their cover of the Gnarls Barkley hit “Crazy.”

The Apollo Theater today announced details of its spring 2021 season, which will take place exclusively online. The season features a broad range of free and ticketed virtual events, including the Apollo Film series celebration of House Party and House Party 2, cult classics created more than 30 years ago.

Next year, film aficionados can enjoy a yearlong journey spanning nine decades of cinema history, through a dozen of some of the movie industry’s greatest titles, as Fathom Events and Turner Classic Movies present the seventh annual TCM Big Screen Classics series.

The novel, Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire was published in 1995, and was further cemented into the fabric of our culture when it was made into a global phenomenon of a musical in 2003. A 25th anniversary edition of the novel is being released by HarperCollins on October 13th.
