The 2024 Olivier Awards are fast approaching on April 14. Ahead of one of the most exciting nights in theatreland, our critics – Aliya Al-Hassan, Mica Blackwell, Alexander Cohen, Katie Kirkpatrick, Kat Mokrynski, Gary Naylor, Kerrie Nicholson, Matthew Paluch and Christiana Rose share their thoughts about who and what will triumph on the night, as well as who should twin each category.

With a cast of over forty accompanied by a full orchestra, the Blessed Sacrament Parish theater program is picking up where they left off 15 years ago by bringing back “Oliver” after its successful 2009 run.

Assembly Theatre has announced the winner of the 2024 ART Award as Zoë Bullock and Louise Oliver for their production Gracie and the Start of the End of the World (Again).

Oliver Chris will join the previously announced Olivier Award winner Tamsin Greig to play Freddy opposite her portrayal of Hester Collyer in Theatre Royal Bath's production of The Deep Blue Sea, Terence Rattigan's 1950's study of obsession and the destructive power of love.

Initial casting has been announced for the Broadway production of the acclaimed musical TAMMY FAYE. Two-time Olivier Award winner Katie Brayben will recreate her Olivier Award-winning performance as Tammy Faye Bakker, and Tony Award nominee Andrew Rannells will reprise his Olivier-nominated performance as Jim Bakker. TAMMY FAYE will begin preview performances on October 19th and will officially open on November 14th, 2024 at Broadway's Palace Theater.
