The Kitchen Witches, written by Caroline Smith and directed by Blake Flores, will cast a spell on Theatre In The Heights this March.

Isobel Lomax (Carolyn Gregory) and Dolly Biddle (Dawn Maurer) are two "mature" cable-access cooking show hostesses who have hated each other for 30 years, ever since Larry Biddle dated one and married the other. When circumstances put them together on a TV show called The Kitchen Witches, the insults are flung harder than the food! Dolly's long-suffering TV-producer son Stephen (Kevin Judson) tries to keep them on track, but as long as Dolly's dressing room is one inch closer to the set than Isobel's, it's a losing battle, and the show becomes a rating smash as Dolly and Isobel top both Martha Stewart and Jerry Springer!

Performance dates are Fridays and Saturdays at 8p.m. and Sundays March 12, and 26th at 4 p.m., March 3-26. *Not suitable for children.* All tickets are $15 for all ages. For more information or to make a reservation, call the theater at (916) 509-3445. Also see www.theatreintheheights.com for more information and directions to the theater.
