Author and attorney Scott McEwen, best known for co-authoring "American Sniper," about the most lethal sniper in U.S. military history, will speak at the Gallo Center for the Arts at 7:30 pm on Thursday, October 30. McEwen previously appeared at the performing arts venue nearly two years ago.

McEwen has dubbed his current book tour the "Homeland Patriot Tour," and it includes a discussion of soon-to-be-released Clint Eastwood movie version of "American Sniper," which stars Bradley Cooper as sniper Chris Kyle. The author also will discuss his most recent books, the fictional "Target America" and the non-fiction "Eyes on Target," about the U.S. Navy Seals. Chris Sajnog, a retired Navy Seal, will be appearing on stage with McEwen

A book signing in the Gallo Center lobby will follow the event.
