Theatre Royal Bath Productions present Edward Albee's masterpiece Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?  starring Elizabeth McGovern (Downton Abbey) and directed by Lindsay Posner, which will play Theatre Royal Bath from 13 January to 11 February 2023.

Epic fantasy tale The Chronicles of Atom & Luna is heading on tour this autumn.  The magical children’s adventure from Funnelwick Limb, by poet, writer and broadcaster Murray Lachlan Young (BBC 6 Music), follows young heroes Atom and Luna on a fantastical journey through nature and time.

Top stories include a Broadway extension for Into The Woods, which will now play an additional eight weeks through October 16, 2022. Plus, Lena Hall will join Little Shop of Horrors as Audrey, The Music Man revival will release a cast recording, and more!

Oscar and Tony winning director Sam Mendes will direct a new play that follows how actors Richard Burton and John Gielgud brought a production of Hamlet to Broadway in 1964 with  help from Elizabeth Taylor. Jack Thorne wrote the new play, titled The Motive & the Cue, which will reunite several creatives from The Lehman Trilogy.

Acclaimed Irish actor Gabriel Byrne's solo show Walking with Ghosts, joins the Edinburgh International Festival programme as a UK premiere from 24 to 28 August in this, the Festival's 75th anniversary year. Invictus Theatre Founding Artistic Director Charles Askenaizer today announced full casting for the company’s season closing production of Edward Albee’s WHO’S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF?. In this four-character drama that is often as wickedly funny as it is heartbreaking, two married couples battle with their spouses and each other over an alcohol-fueled night in a small, overstuffed living room. The tension the characters feel in these close quarters will be conveyed to the audience in Askenaizer’s storefront production in the 40-seat Reginald Vaughn Theatre at 1106 W. Thorndale, Chicago.
