Since its highly successful Broadway debut 80 years ago, Anything Goes has been revived multiple times and now receives a world premiere symphonic version with Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly, the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra (ISO) and an all-star Broadway cast, Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10, as part of the ISO's Printing Partners Pops Series at the Hilbert Circle Theatre. GHOSTLIGHT Musical Gets Fall 2014 Workshop; Broadway Next?

As previously reported, the highly buzzed about musical Ghostlight, by popular up-and-comers Matthew Martin and Tim Realbuto, presented an industry reading on Monday, January 13th at Theater Three on West 43rd Street, following two highly-attended backer's auditions on December 2nd at The New 42nd Street Studios. Kevin Lambert (Broadway's Godspell) presented the January 13th reading, which was directed by Realbuto and Martin and featured a starstudded 18 person cast, including Drama League nominee and Great Comet star Phillipa Soo, three time Tony nominee Carolee Carmello, Tony nominee Robert Cuccioli, Jennifer Hope Wills, Kimberly Faye Greenberg, Trevor McQueen, and Abigail Ludrof. Alison Holman (Freedom's Song) provided the musical direction. (more...)
