Due to popular demand, winter recess, and an unexpected bulk juice box order, Peter Michael Marino's 'Show Up, Kids!a?? extends its run at The Kraine Theater through February 29. This interactive, semi-improvised, family show for kids 3-10 years old puts a wildly comedic, theatrical twist on the traditional kids' show. When the main attraction doesn't show up, Pete enlists the help of the kids to provide prompts and control everything from plot to props, characters to costumes, and settings to sound in a one-of-a-kind, 60-minute laughfest.

Peter Michael Marino's critically acclaimed family comedy 'Show Up, Kids!a?? is teaming up with Literacy Partners for a benefit performance with a percentage of the proceeds going to the organization. This special event takes place at 11:30am on February 9, 2020, at The Kraine Theater (85 E 4th St, NYC). Tickets are $15 and are available at www.showuptheshow.com. In 2007, American Peter Michael Marino wrote the musical version of the Madonna movie 'Desperately Seeking Susan' featuring the hit songs of Blondie. The mega-musical opened on London's West End at the Novello Theatre … and closed a month later. WHOOPS! 'Desperately Seeking the Exit' is Pete's critically acclaimed true story of the making and unmaking of his notorious flop that played everywhere from the USA, to the UK, to Australia.

The show is written and performed by Mary Theresa Archbold, and is the culmination of her Denovan Residencey Grant, a 6 month Developmental Grant jointly administered by Madame's Soiree and The Duplex for Original Solo Work in cabaret.
