a?oethe Disney Family Singalong: Volume Ii' has added even more celebrity guests to its star-studded lineup. Airing on Mother's Day, SUNDAY, MAY 10 (7:00-8:00 p.m. EDT), the nationwide singalong event hosted by Ryan Seacrest features celebrities and their families as they sing beloved Disney melodies from home.

ABC has announced the first round of celebrity guests joining 'The Disney Family Singalong: Volume II.' The second edition of the hit singalong event includes a duet between Idina Menzel and Ben Platt and performances from Broadway stars Anika Noni Rose, Josh Gad, and Disney on Broadway stars Merle Dandridge, Heather Headley, Adam Jacobs, Caissie Levy, Kara Lindsay, Kevin Massey and Josh Strickland.

The television premiere of the smash hit film HUSTLERS will air on SHOWTIME on Saturday, April 25 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Network subscribers will also be able to watch the movie across all platforms including SHOWTIME ON DEMAND®, SHOWTIME ANYTIME® and the SHOWTIME stand-alone streaming service.

The Lionsgate-produced series will be available to audiences around the world on the Laugh Out Loud Network on YouTube, with new episodes premiering each Thursday and Monday.

Akeelah and the Bee is a family-fun production that highlights an 11-year old African-American girl's journey of surviving the inner-city challenges of the Chicago projects to her acrimonious success as a finalist/winner of the Scripps National Spelling Bee.  The stage adaptation remained true to the movie's original theme about overcoming obstacles (poverty, bullying, inner-city woes such as shooting and drugs, racial and societal stereotypes, etc.), while stressing the importance of the strong community ties and love that undergird Akeelah's rise to success. 

In advance of today's Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour, Freeform and Hulu announce the acquisition of three hit films from STXfilms. The two Walt Disney Television entities struck a deal to license STXfilms' “Hustlers” and “The Upside,” each of which generated over $100 million during their North American theatrical run, as well as the STX hit comedy “I Feel Pretty,” which generated over $94 million worldwide. The films will simultaneously debut on Freeform and Hulu.

Keke Palmer of ABC's “GMA3: Strahan, Sara & Keke” was announced today as the grand marshal of the 35th annual Kingdom Day Parade commemorating the 91st birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Organized by the Kingdom Day Parade committee of the Congress Of Racial Equality of California (CORE-CA), the parade will be broadcast and streamed live on ABC7 – Southern California's most-watched television station – Monday, Jan. 20 (11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. PST), in Los Angeles.
