Patio Playhouse will welcome audiences for a rip-roaring good time under the open sky with its newest production I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, opening at Kit Carson Amphitheatre on August 27.

BroadwayHD announced today that it will bring Lambert Jackson Productions’ virtual production of the musical comedy I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, filmed at the London Coliseum in late 2020 exclusively to the platform in honor of the hit show’s twenty-fifth anniversary. 

I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change is a musical comedy told in a series of hilarious and poignant vignettes. Upstage Theatre presents the updated 2018 version of this long-running Off Broadway comedic force. A strong cast of sharp performers keeps the show feeling fresh with every new scene, and the numbers are memorable and fun throughout.

I Love You, You're Perfect....Now Change! is an upbeat, Off Broadway musical revue that ran for more than 5000 performances from 1996-2008. Traditionally set in New York in the late-20th Century this production is an updated version for 2018. The show takes us through numerous vignettes that depict life in terms of love and romance. The themes are glimpses into the reality of life and love - the Manhattan dating scene, mid-life suburban marriage and old age and all the humour, hurt and beautifully ragged emotion it entails. Jimmy Roberts' perky music with book and adorably humble lyrics by Joe DiPietro are cute, funny, poignant and totally relatable. It holds up a mirror with a gentle, warm and charming hand and encourages us to laugh at ourselves.

Producing Artistic Director Chuck Tobin today announced the July 17 opening of the Off-Broadway musical revue I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change at Saint Michael's Playhouse in Colchester, Vermont. The stellar cast of Jon Escobar, Nick D'Angelo, Kristin Iovene, and Cristin Marshall all play multiple roles, all in which all four of them excel. I highly recommend this show for single and married adults. The Connecticut Cabaret Theatre in BErlin, CT has yet again presented a first-rate show.
