Just over three weeks ago, on January 30, BroadwayWorld sadly reported the passing of three-time Tony Award winner Hinton Battle. Now, Broadway stars are speaking up on social media about the lack of announcement from the Broadway League about theatre lights dimming in his honor. 

A Doll's House is officially back on Broadway! This all new revival is led by Jessica Chastain, taking on the iconic role of 'Nora Helmer' in Henrik Ibsen's landmark drama. We also met the cast of Mark St. Germain's play, 'The God Committee', but the episode starts at the opening night of Roundabout's production of Joe Orton's comedy 'Entertaining Mr. Sloane' which featured a stellar cast including Chris Carmack, Alex Baldwin and the late great Jan Maxwell, whom Richard Ridge says, 'was one of the greatest actresses of her generation'.

In this episode, Ben and Daniel talk to actor and director Michael Arden about Joni Mitchell's 1971 album 'Blue.' They also discuss Audra McDonald, Ricky Ian Gordon, 'Follies,' Alexandra Silber, Indigo Girls, Sara McLachlan, Shawn Colvin, 'The Phantom of the Opera,' Gillian Lynne, Ben Folds, Maggie Rogers, 'Lestat,' Robyn, and Jan Maxwell. Michael talks about discovering Joni and how her storytelling abilities influenced his own artistic career. Michael has appeared on Broadway in shows such as 'Big River and 'Bare, A Pop Opera.' Anatomy of a Suicide began performances on February 1 and opened on Tuesday, February 18 at Atlantic Theater Company's Linda Gross Theater (336 West 20th Street). The production is a limited engagement through March 15, 2020.
