Last Monday, following government advice, Greenwich Theatre suspended all performances in both the main house and the studio. However, with most members of both the creative industry and the theatre's audience now based at home, the theatre has launched Greenwich Connects.

This week our stage features Lebanese-American, New York-based pianist Tarek Yamani and the Tarek Yamani Trio; Becca Blackwell's latest deeply personal and deeply absurd solo show; Vietnamese pop star-turned protest singer Mai Khoi; Ryan Raftery's new satire IVANKA 2020; acclaimed lyricist and performer Charlotte Martin; celebrated comedienne Catherine Cohen; an album release concert from Divahn; a celebration of International Women's Day and Women's Month with ¡JEFAS!: A Celebration Of Latina Songwriters & Women In Music; and the return of Yemen Blues' brand of Yemenite chants swirled with jazz and rock grooves.

59E59 Theaters (Val Day, Artistic Director; Brian Beirne, Managing Director) welcomes the US premiere of THE INCIDENT ROOM, written by Olivia Hirst and David Byrne and directed by Beth Flintoff and David Byrne. Produced by New Diorama Theatre and Greenwich Theatre for Brits Off Broadway, THE INCIDENT ROOM begins performances on Thursday, April 23 for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 24. Press Opening is Wednesday, April 29 at 7:00 pm. The performance schedule is Tuesday - Friday at 7:00 pm; Saturday at 2:00 pm & 7:00 pm; Sunday at 2:00 pm, with an added performance on Sunday, April 26 at 7 pm. DCPA Theatre Company Announces 2020/21 Season

Artistic Director Chris Coleman has announced the 2020/21 season of the DCPA Theatre Company, the producing regional theatre arm of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA). The new season kicks off performances on September 18 and will feature nine mainstage productions including the world premiere of the musical Rattlesnake Kate by Colorado's own Neyla Pekarek, former member of the Grammy-nominated folk band The Lumineers, the company's first Edward Albee production in over 20 years, a fresh new adaptation of Jane Austen's Emma and the return of A Christmas Carol.
