Inspired by the cultural phenomenon Verzuz, the Broadway Advocacy Coalition has announced the second year of its beloved fundraising event BROADWAY VS. 

Shubert New Haven announces that Broadway’s NORM LEWIS will be the featured performer for the Shubert Theatre’s 2022 Gala on June 8. Chita Rivera – who was originally scheduled to headline the Gala – has tested positive for COVID-19 and will be unable to perform. Sygnal To Noise has been greatly inspired and influenced by bands like Queen, KISS, Alice Cooper and David Bowie, for their showmanship and visuals with a blend of such bands as Stone Temple Pilots, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, and Pearl Jam for their songwriting and vocal styles.

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust has announced the 2022-2023 TRUST Cabaret Series.  Now in its 10th season, the Series continues to offer patrons a rare opportunity to see Broadway’s stars and today’s world-class leading vocalist on stage in Pittsburgh’s Cultural District.

Beginning with band work in the UK, moving on to a wide range of experience as a session singer. Her first label signing was with disco king Giorgio Moroder in Munich, Germany in 1976, this included a single release called “Dr Funk (with Smiley)” plus a session for Giorgio on one of his own disco hits “I Wanna Funk with you Tonight.”

New artists to join the ‘Words + Music’ include Mariah Carey, singer-songwriter Aimee Mann, rock legend Carlos Santana, singer, songwriter, and record producer Beck, The Who's guitarist and principal songwriter Pete Townshend, comedy rock duo, Tenacious D, comprised of Jack Black and Kyle Gass, and rapper and actor yasiin bey.

Norm Lewis will join Samantha Mathis, Matt Passmore, Floriana Lima, Abhi Sinha, and Dave Annable as series regulars in the new series. The series was created and written by Dean Georgaris and will be directed by Richard Shepard. Georgaris, John Fox, and John Davis will serve as executive producers.

On April 23, 2022, Cabaret 313 is inviting Broadway, movie and television actor Norm Lewis to Detroit to perform at the Garden Theater (3929 Woodward Ave, Detroit, Mich. 48201). Lewis will perform two shows, one at 6:30 p.m. and another at 8:45 p.m.

Halestorm and specials guests Stone Temple Pilots, Black Stone Cherry, and Mammoth Wolfgang Van Halen are coming to the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper, WY on Wednesday, May 11th. Tickets for the show start at $39.50 plus applicable fees and are on sale Friday, March 4th at 10am.
