Sam is not trying to get famous. He's not hoping to get rich. He just wants to tell his story.

It's the story of his wife's ordeal with cancer. But it's told through his eyes - the eyes of her husband and friend ... and now her caregiver.

The Actual Dance is the story of how - in caring for the most important person in his life - Sam learned how to care for himself ... sometimes that meant strength and knowledge; other times that meant preparing for the worst ... for the last moments ... the ones he now calls The Actual Dance.

Samuel A. Simon's THE ACTUAL DANCE, directed by Kate Holland, will play a limited engagement at the Studio Theatre (Theatre Row, 410 West 42nd Street). Performances are tonight, Saturday, January 10th at 2:00 pm through Sunday, February 1st at 3:00 pm. Tickets are $26.25 and available at theatrerow.org.

The show will feature live music composed and arranged by Music Director Eli Zoller, whose experience as a Music Director and professional musician extends from Broadway to regional theaters and universities across the country. The original music is arranged for guitar and cello.

Tickets are $26.25 and are now available at theatrerow.org or by calling 212-239-6200. Tickets may be purchased in person at the Theatre Row Box office between noon at 8:00 pm daily. For more about the production, visit www.TheActualDance.com.
