"One Angry Man" The Movie starring Jackie Mason Feb 7, 8 at 4pm & 6pm

Jackie Mason may not be coming here in person, but the Lyric Theatre will feature an exclusive area screening of his new movie, "One Angry Man," on Saturday, February 5; Monday, February 7; and Tuesday, February 8. Show times each day are at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Tickets are $10, and are available online at www.lyrictheatre.com or at the Lyric Theatre Box Office. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

"One Angry Man" is a courtroom dram-edy inspired by the stage and screen production "Twelve Angry Men." Called to jury duty, Mason (playing himself) is initially reluctant to serve, but becomes quickly embroiled in the case. Emotions run high in the jury room, where a cast of characters (including everyone from a country western singer to a gay gossip columnist, a feminist and a 9/11 rescue worker) must decide the guilt of an Arabic teenager accused of murdering a police veteran. As they decide the case, the jury members come together as they learn a great deal about themselves and one another. The movie also stars Mike Gallagher, Mark Levin and Jamie Colby.
