Join us for a staged reading of a new play in which the beginnings of Hollywood are revealed. In 1957, a young film editor attempts to prepare a newsreel tribute to the founder of MGM, the late Louis B. Full of humor and clashing egos, this story pulls no punches in deconstructing the existing myths and legends.

All Wear Bowlers | $40; $20 students
Apr 27 & 28, 2012 @ 8 pm
In this hilarious hit show, two silent film clowns take a wrong turn and find themselves in a haunted theatre, where hard-boiled eggs play tricks on them and gravity refuses to behave. Rene Magritte, Samuel Beckett, and Laurel & Hardy collide in this sidesplitting romp that melds remarkable physical comedy with stage magic and vaudevillian patter. "Easily the most original and funny show this year" (The New York Times).
