ESPN3's SIDECAST Returns for NBA Playoffs Game 6 Coverage

The ESPN3 NBA Sidecast - a unique, second screen digital offering - will return for ESPN's NBA Playoffs Game 6 coverage on Thursday and Friday, starting at 8 p.m. ET. During the ESPN game telecasts, viewers have the opportunity to also watch the NBA Sidecast on ESPN3. The presentation will include the ESPN game telecast on one part of the screen, and a rotating cast of NBA commentators in other boxes on the screen discussing the Game 6 action, the top NBA Playoffs storylines and NBA culture.

Contributing ESPN NBA voices will include Rachel Nichols, Brian Windhorst, Amin Elhassan, Pablo Torre, Jorge Sedano, Jade Hoye, Tom Haberstroh, Kevin Arnovitz and others from the ESPN NBA podcast The Basketball Analogy in studio at the ESPN Los Angeles Production Center.

On Thursday, May 11, the Houston Rockets and James Harden will host the San Antonio Spurs and Kawhi Leonard in Game 6 (Spurs lead series 3-2) at 8 p.m. Mike Breen, Jeff Van Gundy, Mark Jackson and Doris Burke will provide commentary on ESPN. On Friday, May 12, the Washington Wizards and John Wall will host the Boston Celtics and Isaiah Thomas in Game 6 at 8 p.m. Mark Jones will call the action with Hubie Brown and Lisa Salters reporting.

Additionally, ESPN's The Jump - its daily, year-round NBA studio show, will expand to one hour (3-4 p.m. ET), on ESPN, starting Monday, May 15 through the conclusion of the NBA Finals. The Jump is hosted by acclaimed journalist Rachel Nichols and features top ESPN NBA analysts, reporters, NBA legends and special guests from sports and entertainment.
