Winnie's is the lobby bar at the Refinery Hotel, a historic hat factory turned boutique hotel just steps from the Empire State Building and Times Square and Herald Square. Paying homage to the neighborhood, Winnie's derives its name from Winifred T. McDonald, the proprietor of a once bustling Tea Salon located in the Colony Arcade Building which was originally constructed in 1902 is now reincarnated as the Refinery Hotel. When you step in, you will take a step back to a sense of the elegant Olde New York.

Winnie's is by no means a typical hotel bar. It is accessible and stylish with wonderful seating options. And, their drink menu alone will keep you and your party busy. This wonderfully bound book includes detailed descriptions of their original cocktails, a delightful selection of craft beer, fine wines and spirits. You will be inspired to order several rounds.

Winnie's features live music Monday through Saturday with DJs on Saturday for late nights. With musical artists like Daniel Broadhurst, The Blue Vipers of Brooklyn and Allyson Briggs, one visit to Winnie's is never enough. And Friday is a special Doo-op night. Their resident sketch artist, the very talented Anthony Kieren, is there every Thursday.

You can easily order small plates or dinner to compliment your beverages when you visit Winnie's. Cuisine is by the fine dining restaurant Parker & Quinn, also located at the Refinery Hotel.
