Mike Wilmot is a Canadian stand-up comedian that has won two Canadian Comedy Awards, "Best Male Stand-Up" and "Best Actor." Wilmot has also been recognized in Australia and England as an "Outstanding Stand-Up Comic" winning awards from The Barry and Time Out.

Mike's effortlessly funny style is a fast-paced, hard-hitting comedic look at everyday life. His comedy targets very widely, from diets, kids and sex to American-Canadian backbiting and his fondness for beer.

Wilmot has appeared on Canadian TV shows like Corner Gas, British TV shows such as Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and as a guest panelist on the Australian TV show Good News Week. He was the host of the Paramount comedy series Comedy Blue and appeared alongside American comedian Rich Hall in BBC TV series Rich Hall's Fishing Show and Rich Hall's Cattle Drive. Wilmot's most recent credits include a star role in the Canadian TV series The Foundation, a part in the Ron White Comedy Salute to the Troops 2012 and an appearance in the UK film The Art of the Steal. In addition to television, Wilmot has done featured performances at comedy festivals across the World. He continues to visit Australia annually to perform at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
