Quote of the Day: CONSTELLATIONS star Ruth Wilson on playing meaty parts...

"For me, there is a stigma attached to playing beautiful parts. They are often empty characters whom the action happens around. I'm more drawn to characters with a complex internal life, who have a burning frustration underneath that keeps them going."
-- Ruth Wilson (via BrainyQuote)

What we're listening to: Jason Robert Brown's HONEYMOON IN VEGAS cast recording, out today!

Video of the Day: BWW's exclusive sneak peek at THE WOODSMAN, beginning tonight off-Broadway!

And a Happy Birthday shout-out to Orlando Bloom, who turns 38 today!

Bloom appeared opposite Condola Rashad in Broadway's Romeo and Juliet in 2013. Before that, he made his professional stage debut in the West End's In Celebration in 2007. The actor is best known for his role as 'Legolas' in the Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Hobbit films, as well as 'Will Turner' in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. He has also starred on the big screen in Elizabethtown, Troy, New York, I Love You and more.
