The Broadwaysted Podcast Welcomes HAMILTON's Andrew Chappelle

Holy Hamilton, Batman! This week, the Broadwaysted Crew sits down with an actor who's been in the "Room Where it Happens" since Off-Broadway run at the Public--original Hamilton cast member Andrew Chappelle!

We pour out some Ponzi Pinot Noir and Andrew answers all our Hamil-questions and discusses his determined journey to make his Broadway debut with MAMMA MIA!

In an epic #Kevin4Ham, Kevin gets Andrew to sing a modified version of "Helpless" to appeal to Lin-Manuel Miranda and then we discuss the stresses of riding the Amtrak. Game Master Kimberly leads the group in a round of "Dirty HANDS ON A HARDBODY" and then we play Lights of Broadway Show Card "Cast It!"

We give a shout out to the comedy brilliance of Keala Settle, Andrew dreams up the song "Get Your Feet Out My Basin Because I Gotta Clean It Out," and we use the MASH-style game "Gypsy ROWB" to predict Andrew's next big role. Andrew Chappelle is a member of the original company of Hamilton and performed with the show both at the Public and on Broadway. As a swing, Andrew currently covers the roles of James Madison, Hercules Mulligan, Thomas Jefferson, Marquis de Lafayette, Phillip Hamilton, John Laurens, Aaron Burr, and King George. Andrew made his Broadway debut in the musical Mamma Mia and appeared in the national tour of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.
