Staged Reading of New Musical INNOCENCE Held at International City Theatre Tonight

The International City Theatre will host a staged reading of INNOCENCE, a new musical by British team Jonathan Dove and Alasdair Middleton. The reading will be held today, April 24, at 7 PM and will be free and open to the public.

INNOCENCE looks at the days surrounding the assassination and funeral of President John F. Kennedy, which serves as the backdrop for this new musical that examines the hopes, expectations and emotional significance of that time through the eyes of several individuals who felt the loss deeply.

INNOCENCE feature music by Jonathan Dove, libretto by Alasdair Middleton. The musical is directed by Lee Martino and musical director Darryl Archibald. It features Christina Saffran-Ashford, Christopher Carothers, Brandon Large, Norman Large, Linda Kerns, Alet Taylor, Chauncey Jenkins, Pat Loeb, Jennifer Shelton, Eli Villanueva, Leslie Stevens, Jane Noseworthy. INNOCENCE is presented by International City Theatre.
