This summer, The Media Theatre is in the doghouse. Disney's "101 Dalmatians" is going to be something to bark about throughout the Delaware County region as a large cast brings the animated classic to life. Check out a first look at the cast in rehearsal below!

The story follows the trials and tribulations of a large group of puppies as the mean Cruella DeVille seeks to steal the spotted cuties to make her personal fur. This does not sit well with the other canines and Boxers, Scotties, Poodles, and Chihuahuas come to the rescue to save the loving pets.

With a cast featuring members of The Media Theatre's New School, Acting Classes, Summer Camps, and local adult actors Disney's "101 Dalmatians" is sure to please ages 4 and up.

Shiron Denise, recently seen as Dr. Wink in the mega-popular "Pinkalicious, The Musical" at The Media Theatre, returns as Cruella DeVille, adding her brand of humor to the proceedings. Lindsay Ronaldson, a member of The Media Theatre educational programs since she was ten years old who is now headed into her sophomore year at the University of the Arts, plays Perdita the mother of the pups. PatRick Murray, a student at Temple University, portrays Pongo the Dalmatians' dad.

Christopher Infantino, a recent Westtown grad, plays Roger with Marie Sminkey as Anita. They're the couple who raised the dogs and who are 'owned' by the pups.

Roger Ricker and Owen Mannion play Cruella's funny bumbling henchmen and over 30 youth portray the Dalmatians plus all the other canines.

If you want to bark up the right tree this summer, come see Disney's "101 Dalmatians" live onstage starting June 8 and continuing each weekend through July 27. Visit mediatheatre.org for tickets or call 610-891-0100.
