The Berry College Theatre Company will move their 2016 season outdoors beginning with their first show, "Peter and Starcatcher."

"Peter and the Starcatcher" chronicles the adventures of Molly, a girl charged with protecting a valuable crate of "star-stuff" and Peter, an orphan who eventually becomes The Boy Who Never Grew Up. In this magical new prequel to the story of Peter Pan, learn the origins of Neverland and the true story behind the phrase, "faith, trust, and pixie dust."

The show will be performed at the BOLD ropes course, located outside on Berry's beautiful campus. Due to the renovation of the E.H. Young Theatre, the shows this season will be performed in various locations around campus giving students and audiences the valuable experience of outdoor theatre.

Performances for "Peter and the Starcatcher" will be at 7:30 p.m. Sept 27-Oct 1 and and 2 p.m. on Sunday Oct 2. Tickets are $5 for seniors, $10 for adults, and $7 for seniors. Tickets can be purchased through emailing bctc@berry.edu or calling the box office at 706.236.2263.
