Three new productions will open this week at three Off-Off-Broadway locations in New York City: Ripple Effects Artists' Deathbed, John Chatterton's Short Play Lab Series, and New York Conservatory's The Greene Touch. Check out all the details below!

Ripple Effect Artists present a special limited run of DEATHBED benefiting Gilda's Club of NY. The CEO of Gilda's Club will be in attendance. This special presentation will be at the Studio Theatre on Theatre Row, 410 West 42nd Street New York City, April 23-17 at 8:00pm, Saturday April 26 at 2:00pm, and Sunday, April 27 at 3:00pm. Call Telecharge at 212-239-6200 for tickets.

Mark Schultz's play DEATHBED depicts the plight of nine characters dealing with - or preparing for - the end. Ripple Effect and its producer, Jessie Fahay, believe that art should do more than imitate life; it should help it ... even save it. Ripple Effect Artists will donate a significant percentage of box office proceeds to Gilda's Club of NYC [www.gildasclubnyc.org] in the hopes that the efforts of these artists will create ... a ripple effect.

On Saturday and Sunday, April 26 and 27, John Chatterton presents another SHORT PLAY LAB SERIES at Roy Arias Studios Stage II 300 W. 43rd Street. Fourth Floor, NYC. Tickets are $20 per program and can be purchased by calling OvationTix at 866-811-4111.

The 15th anniversary of the Midtown International Theatre Festival continues. Spend next weekend with John Chatterton and his venerable midtown festival series. Saturday and Sunday at Roy Arias Theatres will be the premiere of 20 new short plays as part of the on-going celebrated Short Play Lab series. The Short Play Lab Series are two programs of 10 minute plays - some are preambles to larger works while others are Serling-esque parables that are subject for our approval. Look for a listing of all the plays at www.midtownfestival.org.

On Monday, April 28 at 7:30 p.m., New York Conservatory pays tribute to Broadway's Herbert Greene with THE GREENE TOUCH, a special benefit concert spotlighting the Golden Age of Broadway. The concert will be held at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School Theatre, 120 West 46th Street. Tickets can be purchased at https://web.ovationtix.com/trs/pe.c/9909854.

New York Conservatory presents a concert dedicated to one of the Great White Way's unsung heroes - Herbert Greene. A shrewd producer, natural conductor and orchestrator, and gifted composer, Greene worked side-by-side with Meredith Willson on The Music Man; Frank Loesser on Most Happy Fella; built the orchestrations behind Sondheim's Anyone Can Whistle; and even trained Broadway luminaries like Rex Harrison, Rosalind Russell, Angela Lansbury, Barbara Cook, Robert Preston, Don Ameche, and Judy Holliday.
