Makam Salam and Jazz in the Round together invite you to a unique evening of jazz, cross-cultural storytelling, art, and poetry. Dedicated to justice, education, mutual respect, equality and inclusion for all in the region.

Having raised money from previous concerts for humanitarian aid for those suffering so terribly in Gaza, we’re committed to a shared practice driven by constructive, creative and compassionate collaboration which centres the Palestinian need for safety, dignity and freedom.

This concert will showcase the fusion of Middle Eastern languages, artistry and cultures that underpins this collective's very DNA, raising money for sister-projects that facilitate community-building, mutual-learning and solidarity between Palestinian and Israeli youth.
