THE ARTIST - A Gothic Horror Musical at Acting Coach Scotland

A One-Man Gothic Horror Musical Book, Music & Lyrics by Joseph Helsing In a room where beauty and madness collide, a tortured artist prepares to create his greatest masterpiece. Wrapped from head to toe in blood-soaked bandages, he works feverishly upon a blank canvas, weaving a chilling tale of love, obsession and a terrifying evil that he claims has consumed the woman he adores. As his creation takes shape, unsettling voices emerge from the darkness, memories fracture, and the boundaries between truth and nightmare begin to dissolve. What begins as an artist's desperate battle against an unspeakable horror descends into a disturbing journey through the darkest corners of the human mind. But what is the terrible secret behind his wounds? What really happened to his wife? And what monstrous truth lies hidden beneath the layers of his carefully constructed reality? With every bloody stroke, the horrifying picture becomes clearer. And when the final piece falls into place, the result will be a masterpiece beyond imagination. THE ARTIST is a chilling one-man psychological horror musical exploring the destructive power of obsession, the fragility of the human mind, and the terrible things we do in the name of love. Some masterpieces are born from madness. Others reveal the monster within. Dare to witness the creation. NOTE: This is a livestream of the pro-shot performance.
