The 2009 - 2010 Season is the 20th presented by Florida Theatrical Association in partnership with the City of Orlando and features the triumphant return of The Phantom of The Opera, as well as productions of Fiddler on the Roof starring Topol, The Color Purple, In the Heights, Xanadu and Spring Awakening. Prices for the six-show season range from $147 - $561, depending on performance time, day of week and seating location. SunTrust Broadway Across America - Orlando Season Ticket Holders will receive their renewal packets in the mail within the next week. The Phantom of the Opera makes its return to Orlando with some of the most lavish sets, costumes and special effects ever to have been created for the stage, Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera directed by Harold Prince traces the tragic love story of a beautiful opera singer and a young composer shamed by his physical appearance into a shadowy existence beneath the majestic Paris Opera House.
