Try, fail, repeat. Try, fail, repeat. We’re all stuck in the same endless cycle, trying to claw our way to the top of a system that wasn’t built for us in the first place. But maybe the solution isn’t to find a way to win. Maybe the solution is to tear it all down and start anew.
Drawn from the lived experience of marginalised artists, Transit explores cycles of violence and the toxic systems that push our communities to the margins. Dynamic, migrant-led company Halfpace Theatre comes out swinging with this devised physical theatre piece, asking how we keep ourselves alive in a world that does not want us and how far we have to go to reshape it into one that does.
Transit runs 28 November - 2 December at The Space Theatre (London) with a livestream on 2 December that runs 'on demand' until 17 December.
