3 p.m. Echo Women's Choir presents its spring concert, with guest artist, internationally heralded Latin jazz singer-songwriter Amanda Martinez, joined by guitarist Kevin Lalibert. Conducted by Becca Whitla (also piano) and Alan Gasser, Echo celebrates Mothers Day with songs from Appalachia, Cuba, Haiti and Chile, a saucy blues number and more, and sings a set of songs by and with Amanda Martinez. One of Martinezs songs, Under African Skies, reflects her recent experience in Namibia as an ambassador for the international charity SOS Children's Villages.
