Jordan is a Geordie Theatre production written by Yvette Nolan and directed by Jimmy Blais. The play follows Jordan, a young Cree boy who soars across space and time to help Indigenous children, accompanied by his spirit bear, Maskwa. The production is a tribute to Jordan River Anderson of Norway House Cree Nation, Manitoba, whose real-life challenges inspired the creation of Jordan's Principle, a Canadian legal commitment ensuring equal healthcare for First Nations youth.
