After two successful concert seasons under the guidance of Moana N. Labbate, Lucerne presents the Lucerne Teachers Choir, one of the most important oratories again in the KKL concert hall. Mendelssohn's St. Paul, an Oratorio is the chosen theme, due to its dramatic intensity and musical balance, providing a wide range of tonal and verbal expressions. An illustration depicting the amazing transformation from a militant enemy of Christians, of Saul into St. Paul. (Mendelssohn was born into a Jewish family converted to Christianity).
