For the writing of this play, I wanted to collaborate with my dear friend Muriel Robin, to whom I also entrusted the responsibility for the stage direction of the play. We have known each other for more than 20 years now with both of us each having some experience on stage, a good sense of what can make people laugh as well as what needs to be done to make our audience think… the weaknesses that we all have as humans, the foolish things we do, our naivety, youthfulness, lies and handicaps… Where there is darkness, there is joy, where there is depth, there is lightness. Ok, with these paradoxes and with lots of joy, I created this performance which I hope will be my best! Elie Semoun
