The Performing Arts Department at Pace University is part of the Dyson College of the Arts and Sciences. The department offers a balanced program of strong academics alongside conservatory style training that prepares our graduates to enter the workplace as knowledgeable, artists devoted to the integrity, pursuit, and preservation of their craft. Our 4-year undergraduate program puts you in the heart of New York City, a worldwide center for the performing arts. Dedicated to providing the finest possible professional training, we offer programs in Acting, Musical Theater, Directing, and Design and Technical Theater. With more than 50 productions a year, rigorous studio teaching by working professionals, and access to the professional world, our Performing Arts Department is a center of excellence in undergraduate education.

Acceptance Rate:

Pace University's School of Performing Arts (Sands College of Performing Arts) has a highly selective admissions process, with an acceptance rate of around 10-15%
